摘 要:对 2 0个核桃 (JuglansregiaL)复选株系核仁的粗脂肪和糖分进行了测定 ,结果表明 :干核仁粗脂肪含量 68.31~ 76.68g/1 0 0 g ,株系间呈极显著差异 ,比对照 ( 66.54g/1 0 0g)提高 2 .66%~ 1 5.2 4 %;糖分含量 2 .37~ 5.38g/1 0 0 g ,株系间呈极显著差异 ,比对照 ( 2 .0 6g/1 0 0 g)提高 1 5 0 5%~ 1 61 .1 7%。Crude fat and carbohydrate in dry nucleoli of 20 re selected walnut strains were determined.Results showed that the content of crude fat in all re selected strains were 68 31~76 68 g/100 g,and significant difference existed among strains and it was higher by 2.66%~15.24% than control (66.54 g/100 g);carbohydrate content in all re selected strains were 2 37~5 38 g/100 g,significant difference existed among strains and higher by 15 05%~161 17% than control(2 06 g/100 g).
