摘 要:根据我国目前铁路木材防腐的现状及存在的问题,文章介绍了引起木材腐朽的因素和木材防腐剂应具备的条件,分析了油类及油类混合防腐剂的成分和毒性。重点分析了影响防腐剂效果的因素、防腐剂的化学变化,针对铁路需求情况提出防腐工业的技术及产品应向无色、无毒和防腐产品多元化、系列化、社会化发展。根据环境保护对防腐工业的要求,针对防腐工业的废水处理工艺技术及生物处理废水方法中的微生物生长繁殖条件等问题进行了探讨。同时研究了废水发生异常现象的防止处理技术。According to the present situation and existing problems of railway preservation in China the paper recomments the composition and toxicity of the oil and oil mixed preservative. and emphatically analyzes the influencing causes and chemical change of preservative. The author proposes that preservation industry technology and products. according to the requirement of railway, should turn toward colourless. non-toxic. multi-element, succession and socialization. In accordance with the request of the environmental protection to presentation industry. it approaches that the disposal of waste water. along with preventing technology when unusual phenomena happen to waste water.
