摘 要:工业塔的阻尼标志着耗散外界能量的能力大小,获取准确的阻尼比对于精确预测塔设备是否发生振动、振动产生的危害程度以及是否需要采取防振措施具有重要的意义。文章对国内外关于工业塔阻尼比的计算方法与相关标准进行了归纳与分析,在此基础上,以天津石化的乙烯精馏塔为算例,采用不同的计算方法分别对其阻尼比进行了计算,并与阻尼比的实测值进行了综合比较。结果表明:现有计算方法得到的阻尼比与实测值的误差普遍较大,亟待提出能较准确预测工业塔阻尼比的计算方法。The damping ratio of a industrial tower indicates the capability of external energy dissipation. The accurate damping ratio data are significant to accurately predict the occurrence and harmful leael of the tower vibrations as well as the necessity to implement solutions to reduce the vibrations. This paper summaries the calculation methods and the related standards of industrial tower equipment damping ratios. On this base, with the ethylene distillation column in Tianjin Petrochemical Co. for calculation example, the damping ratio has been calculated by using different calculation methods and compared to its measured data. The results show that there is a large uncertainty between the calculated and measured values of damping ratio, so providing a more accurately method to calculate the damping ratios of industrial towers is expected eagerly.
