小扁豆核型的比较分析

摘　　要：采用去壁低渗火焰干燥法制备小扁豆染色体标本观察其核型 ,结果表明 ,绿小扁豆和红小扁豆的核型公式均为 2n =2x =16 =6m +6sm +2st+2st(SAT) ,两种小扁豆的核型类型都是 3B ,染色体相对长度系数组成均为 2n =2x =16 =4L +6M2 +6M1+4S ,二者主要在第Karyotype analysis of two varieties of Lens culinaris Medic has been studied by means of preparing mitotic chromosome specimen and Giemsa staining technique.The results obtained showed that they have the same formula of 2n=2x=16=6m+6sm+2st+2st(SAT). They all have “3B” karyotype. They have the same chromosome relative length coefficient of 2n=2x=16=4L+6M 2+6M 1+4S. The obvious difference on arm ratio of the seventh chromosome and length of the second chromosome has been gained between the two varieties of Lens culinaris Medic.
