摘　　要：目的:探讨周围型小肺癌的CT表现,提高早期诊断价值。方法:对30例经手术和病理检查证实周围型小肺癌的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果:30例患者周围型小肺癌CT表现有深分叶征21例,细小毛刺征18例,空泡征5例,空气支气管征4例,磨玻璃征4例,血管集束征6例,胸膜凹陷征7例。结论:周围型小肺癌的CT征象结合临床全面分析,可提高其诊断准确率。Objective： To investigate the peripheral small lung cancer ct performance, improve early diagnosis. Meth- ods：30 patients with surgically and pathologically proven CT small peripheral lung cancer were retrospectively ana- lyze＆ Results： 30 cases of patients with peripheral small lung cancer CT manifestations of deep lobulation 21 cases, 18 cases of small spiculation, vacuole sign 5 cases, the air bronchogram 4 cases, 4 cases of ground glass, vascular conver- gence sign in 6 cases, pleural indentation sign in 7 cases. Conclusion.. CT small peripheral lung cancer with clinical symptoms such as a comprehensive analysis, can improve their diagnostic accuracy.
