血清基质金属蛋白酶-9与颈动脉粥样硬化微栓子形成的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究颈动脉粥样硬化微栓子(MES)形成是否与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)血清浓度有相关性。方法对被确诊为缺血性脑血管病的患者行颈动脉超声检查,筛选出患颈动脉粥样硬化不稳定斑块的患者120例,再行彩色经颅多普勒超声(TCD)监测MES,将其划分为MES阳性组63例与MES阴性组57例,测定2组MMP-9血清浓度,明确其是否与MES阳性有相关性。结果 MES阳性组MMP-9血清浓度明显高于MES阴性组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(t=-5.013,P<0.05)。结论 MMP-9血清浓度与颈动脉粥样硬化MES形成密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between levels of serum MMP -9 and positive of carotid atherosclerosis micro embolus. Methods A diagnosis of carotid ultrasound ischemic eerebrovascular were performed for disease patients, and it was screened with 120 patients who had unstable plaques with carotid atherosclerosis. Further,color transcranial doppler ultrasound （TCD） were used to monitor micro embolus. 120 patients were divided into the positive of micro embolus patients group （n = 63 ） and the nega- tive of micro embolus patients group （ n = 57 ）. Finally, compare the levels of serum MMP - 9 of two groups to analyze whether there was a correlation with micro embolus positive. Results The levels of serum MMP - 9 of the micro embolus positive group was increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The levels of serum MMP - 9 of the micro embolus positive group are significantly increased,it suggesting that they are correlated with the carotid atherosclerosis micro embolus.
