展开全民灾疫教育的伦理方向

摘　　要：在灾疫日益全球化和日常生活化的今天,防治灾疫的根本之道,是重建人、社会、地球生命、自然共生互生的生境之道。展开全民灾疫教育,乃是人类生境重建的必由之路。展开全民灾疫教育,其首要任务是引导全民了解灾疫、认识灾疫,使人人具备灾疫防治、重建生境等方面的专门知识;其根本任务是对全民进行生存教育、生活教育和怎样做人、如何待物的教育,引导人们重新向自然学习,学会与地球生命共在互存。基于此两个方面的考量,展开全民灾疫教育,需要全方位的伦理引导。The calamities pestilences are increasingly global and routine. The calamities pestilences prevention and control are the fundamental way to re-establish the mutualism and harmony between humans and society,global lives and nature. The universal calamity pestilence education is the only way to reconstruct the habitat. The primary task is to guide people to understand the calamity pestilence,acquire the professional knowledge of calamities pestilences prevention and habitat reconstruction as well. The basic task is to carry out universal survival education,life education,which lead people learn from the nature and learn to coexist with the global lives. In carrying out the universal calamity pestilence education,the all-round ethical guidance is necessary.
