摘  要:汽油机增压器在高温高转速工作条件下,卡箍的可靠性对增压器至关重要。本文主要研究高温条件下,预紧力与热应力耦合作用对卡箍可靠性的影响,并确立卡箍的最佳预紧力。卡箍作用于涡轮与排气接管的紧固效果是通过接触面的接触压力效果来表征,接触压力在连接件上的接触面上分布均匀,且不致卡箍失效。The clamp is critical to the turbocharger of a gasoline engine when it operates in an environment of high temperature and high speed. This paper mainly studies the influence of preloaded force and thermal stress coupling field on the reliability of the clamp, and establishes the best preloaded force. The effect of fastening of the clamp acting on turbine housing and exhaust pipe is demonstrated by the effect of the pressure on the contact surface. The analysis shows that the contacting pressure is uniformly distributed on the contact surface of the studied connector, and the clamp is not failed.
