摘 要:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、对比分析法等对安徽省及国内其它开设体育表演专业的高校进行调查,对两者人才培养方案进行比较研究,旨在为安徽省高校开设体育表演专业提供一定的理论依据和实践参考.结论:社会对体育表演人才需求量较大,安徽省高校开设体育表演专业顺应当今社会对高校体制改革发展的要求和现阶段对人才的需求.人才培养尚且处于摸索阶段,开设专业较为单一,师资力量不足,建设专业经验还比较缺乏,没有形成自己固定的一套学科体系,其各方面的建设还处于一个需要不断完善和发展的初级阶段.建议:选择合适办学模式;加强招生宣传,切实做好招生工作;开设特色方向,拓宽专业方向;确定培养目标,科学架构课程体系;多渠道建设高水平师资队伍;加强学生社会实践,产学研相结合,提高就业适应性;制定行政法规,实行"导师制",加强学生管理工作.This thesis adopts the method of literature analysis,expert interview,questionnaire and survey,comparative analysis and so on,and makes a comparative study of personnel training of sports performance major in Anhui province and in others,aiming to offer theory basis and practice reference for colleges and universities in Anhui province that set up sports performance major.Conclusion:Society has a large demand for sports performance talents,thus colleges and universities in Anhui province set up sports performance specialty complying with the requirements of society for structural reform of colleges and universities and qualified personnel.On the other hand,the specialty is at its preliminary stage:simple curricula,insufficient teaching personnel,poor experience for building the major.Therefore,it does not have a fixed discipline system and is on the way of consistent development and improvement.Suggestion:choose a suitable training model; strengthen enrolling publicity,and perform enrolling effectively; build professional features and expand its direction; establish rational training purpose; build reasonable curriculum system; have a high-level teaching faculty; reinforce students' social practice,and enhance their adjustment ability for job; formulate administrative regulations,and strengthen student management.
