当代人生存方式的嬗变与思想政治教育体系调适

摘　　要：思想政治教育体系调适必须以当下人的生存方式为依据,当代中国的社会转型使当代人的生存方式从对单位的身份依附性生存向对市场的契约自主生存转化,从身份本位的生存向能力本位生存转化。按照社会成员之生存与政治体系之结合的亲疏,可以将当下人的生存方式归纳为:体制人、社会人、边缘人。思想政治教育体系的调适,应该按照单位教育的强化,组织教育的嵌入与普及,社会服务与社会保障的承载教育,以中心向边缘辐射与累积的途径进行。Ideological and political education system adjustment must be based on the contemporary living way.The social transition brings the change from living status dependence of unit into contract autonomy in market, from status living to ability living. According to the people relation with political system, the living way of people may be divided into person in systems, social person and marginal per- son.The adjustment of ideological and political education system should be in accordance with the education strengthening of unit, the embedded education of organization, and the education undertaken by social service and security system.
