大学生因自然属性遭就业歧视的调查与分析

摘　　要：研究以问卷调查的方式对我国高校毕业生在性别、容貌、身高、血型、年龄、户籍及健康条件等七个自然属性维度遭就业歧视现象进行实证调查,发现我国高校毕业生因自然属性而遭受的就业歧视比较严重。文章分析造成该现象的原因,并提出应对措施:第一,在国家层面颁布《反就业歧视法》,完善法律救济手段;第二,在企业层面增强其社会责任感,转变用人理念,增加就业机会;第三,在毕业生层面,大学生要加强学习,提升自身软硬实力,学会依法维权等。The study is a survey of the phenomenon on graduates against natural attributes employment discriminations.We get information from survey on gender,appearance,height,blood type,age,residence,health conditions of the seven dimensions to know the condition about graduates＇ employment discriminations.In the condition of anglicizing the phenomenon,we try to get the reasons why graduates are suffering from employment discriminations and propose countermeasures for these reasons.This paper provides the following measures：promulgating ＂The employment discrimination act＂ and perfecting legal relief method,increasing employment opportunities by developing economy and cultivating enterprises social responsibility by changing enterprise employment concept.And graduates themselves must strengthen learning and protect themselves.
