摘　　要：利用概率模型对实际的带电作业位置进行危险率的计算,利用自编的程序对新工具和新方法应用的安全性进行全面分析,提出利用旋转绝缘摆梯和新研制的横担卡具结合起来的地电位作业方法。The article uses the probability model to calculate the dangerous rate according to the actual live working location and analyze the new tools and methods security by self-programming comprehensively and presents a new ground potential method of combining the rotating insulation pendulum ladder with new developed fixtures of the cross-arm.
