校企合作下的学生管理模式研究

摘　　要：随着校企合作办学的深入,高等院校纷纷建立了以就业为导向的"校企合作,工学结合"的人才培养模式,这给高等院校学生教育管理工作带来了很大的挑战。文章以内蒙古师范大学网络技术学院为例,探讨了校企合作办学模式下学生管理模式的现状、问题及对策和如何进一步做好学生管理工作,不断创新学生管理模式,开展学生实习就业管理和管理体制的创新。With the deepening of the cooperation in running schools between university and enterprise, the mar- ket -guided talents training mode of ＂university -enterprise cooperation and work -integrated learning＂ has been established in colleges and universities which has brought great challenge to student management and education in university. With Inner Mongolia normal university institute of technology as an example, this paper discusses the present situation of student management mode under school - enterprise cooperation schooling mode, the problems and countermeasures as well as how to do a better job of student management work, how to innovate student management pattern and how to carry out management and innovation of management system in practice and employment of our students.
