摘　　要：1847年8月13日,法国路易-菲利普国王根据外交大臣基佐的建议,决定从次年1月1日起,任命加略利为自己的御前汉语翻译。然而,法国当时无论在政治上还是商业上和中国的往来并不频繁,何以要在巴黎设立一个年薪不菲的汉语翻译职位?笔者通过对一批法文原始资料以及1844-1846年间中法《黄埔条约》、对基督教弛禁等谈判的若干事件的解析,认为上述任命是加略利本人精心设计所致。On August 13th,1847,King of French Louis-Philippe decided to appoint Joseph Marie Callery as his Chinese translator.However,why they should establish such a post with a high salary at the time when contacts between China and Paris were not so frequent? The author analyzes relevant literature and concludes that the appointment is a result of Joseph Marie Callery' intended Manoeuvre.
