血清肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-6在小儿急性肠套叠中测定的临床意义探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平在小儿急性肠套叠测定中的临床意义。方法 30例急性肠套叠患儿为观察组,30例健康体检儿童为对照组。检测2组灌肠复位前及观察组灌肠复位后12 h、24 h血清TNF-α、IL-6水平。比较肠套叠患儿灌肠复位成功后24 h时TNF-α、IL-6持续高浓度者和降低者的复发率。结果观察组血清TNF-α、IL-6水平明显高于对照组;观察组治疗后血清TNF-α、IL-6水平较治疗前明显降低,治疗时间越长,血清TNF-α、IL-6水平越接近对照组水平。肠套叠患儿灌肠复位成功后24 h TNF-α、IL-6持续高浓度者其复发率高于降低者。结论 TNF-α、IL-6在小儿急性肠套叠发生发展中发挥重要作用,血清中TNF-α、IL-6水平持续升高为肠套叠近期复发的重要因素。Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum tumor necrosis factor-a （TNF-a） and interleukin-6 （IL-6） in measuring total of 30 infants with acute intussusception were acute intussusception in the infants Methods A taken as observation group and another 30 healthy infants as control group. The levels of serum TNF-a and IL-6 were detected before clysis diaplasis in both groups, and their levels in 12 h and 24 h after clysis diaplasis in observation group were detect-ed. The recurrent rates of infants with acute intussusception with continuous high and decreased levels of TNF-a and IL-6 were detected after successful clysis diaplasis in 24 h. Results Levels of serum TNF-a and IL-6 were obviously higher in observation group than that in control group. The levels of serum TNF-a and IL-6 evidently decreased after treatment in observation group. The longer the treatment time lasted, the closer the levels of serum TNF-a and IL-6 were to that in the control group. Additionally, the recurrent rate of infants with acute intussusception with continuous high levels of TNF-a and IL-6 was higher than that in infants with decreased levels of TNF-a and IL -6 in 24 h after diaplasis. Conclusion Levels of serum TNF-a and IL-6 play an important role in oc- currence and development of infants with acute intussusception, and the continuous enhancement of TNF-a and IL-6 in serum is a critical factor in recent recurrence of intussusception.
