摘　　要：本文针对我国稻米加工业的实际情况,剖析生产及运行现状,进而指出我国稻米加工业向绿色生态稻米加工业转变,向整合资源、整合重组转变,向"创新驱动"方向转变,向现代企业制度转变及向国际市场方向转变的战略思路。In this paper, the production and operation status quo of the rice processing industry in China was been analyzed. It was been point out that the rice processing industry should change to:(1) green ecology rice processing industry,(2) resource integration,(3) innovation-driven rice processing industry,(4) modern enterprise system,(5) international market.
