摘 要:为了对汽车电液复合制动控制器(BECU)进行了完整的热仿真分析和可靠性验证.提出了一种方便准确计算控制电路模块功耗的方法,并对BECU的关键器件进行热建模,最后对实验室台架环境下的BECU进行热仿真分析,得出BECU的元器件节温都低于相应的极限节温.而且经过对比,发现布线对BECU的散热有较大的影响.In order to implement thermal simulation and verify reliability of BECU, a new method to com- pute power loss of electrical control module accurately was proposed. Thermal model for key electrical compo- nents was built. The junction temperature of BECU components is lower than the corresponding absolute maxi- mum rating through simulating and analyzing the thermal model of BECU under the environment of laboratory bench. PCB Trace is an important affecting factor for the board's temperature rise after comparison on PCB simu- lation.
