摘 要:重点介绍了虚拟仿真技术在拖拉机涂装线的应用。利用NX、Factory CAD等三维软件建立虚拟涂装线的数字化立体模型,通过Plant Simulation软件进行物流仿真分析,借助主动立体投影虚拟现实平台,使涂装线在虚拟的3D模拟技术渲染的数字空间中呈现。从而直观地观察每个工位所包含的信息,便于及时发现问题,使现场的工艺问题在数字化环境下提前得到解决;缩短产品工艺装备的周期,优化涂装线的布局,提高涂装线设计的可靠性和成功率。另外初步探索了在拖拉机底盘涂装线、覆盖件涂装线上的应用,得到了较好的效果。This article focus on the application of virtual simulation technology, in tractor coaling line. Based on digital 3D model of virtual coating line built by software such as NX and Factory CAD, we use the software Plant Simulation to do logistics simulation analysis, and via active stereo projection virtual reality platform, make the coating line presented in virtual digital space rendered by 3D simulation technology. In this way we can intuitively observe information of each station, so that problems can be found immediately and solved earlier in virtual environmen!; moreover, this technology can shorten process cycle, optimize the layou! of the coaling line, improve lhe success rate and reliability of industrial process design. In addition, preliminary research on the application in the coating line of tractor chassis, and the coating line of covering parts is also involved, both with rather good results.
