摘  要:本试验旨在研究铜对1~4周龄五龙鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、血清氧化酶活性及激素含量的影响,以确定鹅饲粮中铜的适宜添加水平。试验选用1日龄五龙鹅360只,随机分为6个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只(公母各占1/2)。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮(铜含量为5.87 mg/kg),Ⅱ~Ⅵ组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加15、30、60、120、240 mg/kg铜的试验饲粮。试验期4周。结果表明:1)采用不相关比较法进行分析,饲粮铜添加水平为13.73 mg/kg时平均日增重最大,饲粮铜添加水平为9.51 mg/kg时料重比最低。2)与对照组相比,Ⅱ组显著提高了血清总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),极显著提高了铜锌超氧化物歧化酶和铜蓝蛋白的活性(P<0.01)。3)生长激素、胰岛素、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸和游离甲状腺素与1~4周龄鹅的生长性能及血清氧化酶均有显著或极显著相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。由此可以得出:1)铜对1~4周龄五龙鹅的生长性能和屠宰性能有显著影响,建议鹅饲粮中铜适宜添加水平为9.51~13.78 mg/kg。2)饲粮铜添加水平与机体血清氧化酶和激素呈显著相关性。3)在1~4周龄五龙鹅饲粮中,建议铜添加水平不超过15 mg/kg。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of copper on growth performance, slaughter performance, serum oxidase activity and hormone content of Wulong geese aged 1 to 4 weeks, and to find the appropriate supplemental level of the copper. A total of 360 one-day-old Wulong geese were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 geese per replicate ( half male and half female). Geese in the group Ⅰ ( control group) were fed a basal diet, and geese in the experimental groups ( groups Ⅱ to Ⅵ ) were fed the basal diet supplemented with 15, 30, 60, 120 and 240 mg/kg copper, respectively. The experiment lasted for 4 weeks. The results showed as follows : 1 ) using unrelated comparative analysis method, compared with the control group, when the dietary copper level was 13.73 mg/kg, the average daily gain reached the highest; when the dietary copper level was 9.51 mg/kg, the feed to gain reached the lowest. 2 ) Compared with the control group, the serum total antioxidative capacity in group I1 was significantly increased (P 〈 0.05), and the activities of Cu, Zn superoxide dismutase and ceruloplasmin in serum were significantly in- creased (P 〈0.01 ). 3 ) Growth hormone, insulin, free iodine thyroid three original acid and free thyroxine had significant correlation with the growth performance and serum oxidase( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). In conclu- sion, 1 ) copper has significant influence on the growth performance and slaughter performance of Wulong geese aged 1 to 4 weeks, and the optimal supplemental level of copper is 9.51 to 13.78 mg/kg. 2 ) Dietary copper supplemental level had significant correlation with the body serum enzyme and hormone. 3 ) The suggested dietary copper supplemental level is less than 15 mg/kg of Wulong geese aged 1 to 4 weeks.
