摘  要:本试验旨在研究玉米蛋白粉对黄颡鱼体色的影响。以实用饲料原料配制5种试验饲料,分别为未添加玉米蛋白粉的对照饲料、添加4%叶黄素的叶黄素饲料以及分别添加6%、10%、14%玉米蛋白粉的试验饲料。上述饲料中总类胡萝卜素含量分别为15.74、25.37、17.72、20.67、22.36 g/kg,叶黄素含量分别为6.42、29.63、9.97、15.12、20.46 mg/kg。保持各饲料中蛋白质、脂肪、能量、磷水平基本一致。选用初均重为(13.82±1.06)g的黄颡鱼1 500尾,随机分为5组,每组设3个重复,每个重复放养100尾,试验期为58 d。结果表明:添加玉米蛋白粉可以提高黄颡鱼鱼体黄色色泽深度,14%玉米蛋白粉组与叶黄素组鱼体体色基本一致。添加玉米蛋白粉可以提高黄颡鱼血清和皮肤中酪氨酸酶活力以及总类胡萝卜素和叶黄素含量。黄颡鱼血清、背部皮肤中酪氨酸酶活力(Y1、Y2)与饲料中玉米蛋白粉的使用量(X1)存在正相关关系,回归方程分别为:Y1=68.750X21-6.75X1+1.107 5(R2=1.000 0);Y2=-40.625X21+10.00X1+0.216 2(R2=1.000 0)。黄颡鱼血清、腹部皮肤、背部皮肤中总类胡萝卜素含量(Y3、Y4、Y5)与饲料中总类胡萝卜素含量(X2)存在正相关关系,回归方程分别为:Y3=7E-09X32-0.000 4X22+6.827 5X2-37 902(R2=0.992 9);Y4=-8E-09X32+0.000 5X22-8.513 7X2+54 716(R2=0.982 8);Y5=-5E-10X32+9E-06X22+1.004 9X2-8 431.2(R2=0.997 9)。黄颡鱼血清、腹部皮肤、背部皮肤中叶黄素含量(Y6、Y7、Y8)与饲料中叶黄素含量(X3)存在正相关关系,回归方程分别为:Y6=0.002 2X33-0.112 8X23+1.891 7X3-5.697 9(R2=0.996 6);Y7=0.003 6X33-0.217 6X23+5.331 9X3-20.687(R2=0.996 9);Y8=0.007 8X33-0.484 5X23+9.935 5X3-37.857(R2=0.998 4)。综上,黄颡鱼可以有效利用玉米蛋白粉中的色素,提高鱼体黄色色泽深度;随着玉米蛋白粉使用量的增加,总类胡萝卜素、叶黄素在黄颡鱼皮肤中的沉积量逐渐增大。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of corn gluten meal on body color of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco. Five experimental diets were formulated using practical feeds as ingredients: control diet without corn gluten meal, lutein diet with 4% lutein, and experimental diets with 6%, 10% and 14% corn gluten meal, respectively. And in those diets, the total carotenoids content was 15.74, 25.37, 17.72, 20.67 and 22.36 g/kg and the lutein content was 6.42, 29.63, 9.97, 15.12 and 20.46 mg/kg, respectively. The levels of protein, fat, energy and phosphorus in the 5 diets maintained the same. A total of 1 500 Pelteobagrus fulvidraco with an initial average body weight of ( 13.82 ±1.06) g were randomly allotted to 5 groups with 3 replicates in each group, and each replicate contained 100 fish. The experiment lasted for 58 days. The results showed that corn gluten meal supplementation could deepen the yellow color of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco body, and the body color of fish in 14% corn gluten meal group was basically in accordance with the lutein group. Corn gluten meal supplementation could increase the tyrosinase activity and the contents of total carotenoids and lutein in serum and skin of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco. There were positive correlation relationships between the tyrosinase activity in serum and skin ( Y1 and Y2 ) and the used amount of corn gluten meal (X1), and their regression equations were Y1=68.750X1^2-6.75X1+1.1075(R^2=1.0000);Y2=-40.625X1^2+10.00X1+0.2162(R^2=1.0000), respectively. There were positive correlation relationships between the total carotenoids content in serum, back skin and abdominal skin ( Y3, Y4 and Y5 ) and the dietary total carotenoids content (X2 ), and their regression equations were Y3=7E-09X2^3-0.0004X2^2+6.8275X2-37902(R^2=0.9929),Y4=-8E-09X2^3+0.0005X2^2-8.5137X2+54716(R^2=0.9828) and Y5=-5E-10X2^3+9E-06X2^2+1.0049X2-8431.2(R^2=0.9979), respectively.
