护理干预对颅内动脉瘤便秘患者的临床应用评价

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预措施对颅内动脉瘤便秘患者的临床效果。方法严格按照纳入和排除标准选择104例颅内动脉瘤便秘患者,按住院顺序分为对照组和试验组,各52例。对照组采用常规护理措施,包括健康宣教、必要时用开塞露和麻仁丸等药物治疗;试验组采用综合护理干预措施,即在常规护理措施的基础上,制定饮食计划,腰背部叩击和震动、腹部按摩,心理疏导等,该方法无效时通便药物辅助治疗。比较两组排便情况、便秘发生率及应用开塞露等药物的比率。结果试验组排便率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),开塞露及通便药物的使用率明显下降(P<0.01);且患者临床症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);腹痛、腹胀、食欲不振、烦躁、骶尾部疼痛的发生均明显改善(P<0.01)。结论综合护理干预措施能有效改善颅内动脉瘤患者的便秘情况,减轻患者排便痛苦,同时创新护理方法,将临床上使用的震动排痰仪应用在颅内动脉瘤便秘患者进行腰背部震动,还能有效减轻患者长期卧床引发的腰背部疼痛,取得较好的临床效果。Objective To investigate the clinical results of nursing interventions in patients with constipation of intracranial an-eurysms .Methods In strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria to select 104 cases of aneurysm patients with consti-pation ,divided into control group of 52 patients randomly ,using routine care ,including health education with enema and Maren other drugs treatment if necessary ,;experimental group of 52 cases with comprehensive nursing intervention measures ,namely measures in routine care ,based on diet plans ,percussion and vibration lower back ,abdominal massage ,psychological counseling , etc .the method ineffective laxative medication -assisted therapy .Two groups were compared defecation ,constipation incidence and applications enema drugs such ratios .Results Experimental group was significantly higher in patients with defecation （P〈0 .05）;enema and laxative drug utilization decreased significantly （P〈0 .01）;and clinical symptom score was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈0 .01） ,abdominal pain ,bloating ,loss of appetite ,irritability ,sacral pain occurred were significantly improved （P〈0 .01） .Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve constipation in patients with aneurysms ,reduce patient suffering defecation ,while innovative care methods that will be used on the clinical application of vibration expectoration in-strument constipation in patients with aneurysms lower back shock ,but also effectively reduce arterial tumors were bedridden caused lower back pain ,achieve better clinical results .
