丹栀逍遥丸与安非他酮缓释片戒烟治疗的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的比较丹栀逍遥丸与安非他酮缓释片戒烟治疗的疗效和安全性。方法自愿戒烟者77例,随机分为丹栀逍遥丸治疗组37例、安非他酮缓释片治疗组40例,在治疗1周后设定目标戒烟日,然后治疗4周,在治疗前及戒烟治疗第4周进行烟草依赖程度评估、呼出气CO检测,并评估治疗不良反应,电话随访至24周。结果治疗4周和随访24周时安非他酮缓释片组戒烟率分别为59%、40%,高于丹栀逍遥丸组戒烟率的32%和16%,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),2组未发现严重的不良反应。结论安非他酮缓释片戒烟治疗的效果优于丹栀逍遥丸,丹栀逍遥丸在戒烟治疗中的作用有待进一步探索。Objective To compare the effect and safety between sustained-release bupropion and Danzi Xiaoyao pills for smoking cessation. Methods A total of 77 adult smokers were randomly assigned to receive Danzi Xiaoyao pills at a dose of 12 g/d or bupropion at a dose of 300 mg/d for 5 weeks. The target quitting date was 1 week after the beginning of treatment. Brief counseling was provided at base line, 2, 4 weeks and at 24 weeks by phone. Results Self-reported smoking cessation rate were at the end of treatment and 24 week＇ s follow-up were 32% and 16% in the Danzi Xiaoyao pills group, 59% and 40% in the sustained-release bupropion group. There were significant difference between those 2 groups. No serious adverse events were found among 2 groups. Conclusion The effect of sustained-release bupropion for smoking cessation is better than Danzhi Xiaoyao pills. The role of Danzhi Xiaoyao pills in smoking cessation needs further exploration.
