摘 要:功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)是消化道动力与内脏感觉异常为主的消化系统疾病,伴有多种症状叠加或相互转换,有难治愈、反复发作等特点,随着社会压力的增大,发病率呈逐年上升趋势。近年来研究发现,FGIDs的发生与脑-肠轴异常密切相关。脑-肠轴在FGIDs发病机制中的作用越来越受到重视。该文主要总结脑-肠轴在FGIDs中的作用,并对脑-肠轴的研究进展进行综述。Functional gastrointestinal disorders( FGIDs) is a digestive disease with the main etiopathogenesis of gastrointestinal sensorimotor dysfunction,which have several symptoms overlapping or transforming to each other,making it recurrent and hard to cure. Furthermore,with the increase of social pressure,the incidence of FGIDs has been in a rising trend. The abnormal condition of brain-gut axisis found to be closely connected with functional gastrointestinal disorders by recent years' studies. More and more attention is paid to how brain-gut axis attribute to FGIDs. Here is to make a review of the research progress of brain-gut axis and how it plays the role in FGIDs.
