摘　　要：创意产业孵化器是一种介于企业与市场之间的中间性组织。以高职院校为例,基于中间性组织理论,论证创意产业孵化器作为优化资源配置机制之一,通过节约交易费用,降低学生创意项目的创业风险和创业成本,提高创意项目的成活率和成功率,以期对我国高职院校更好地服务地方文化创意产业有所借鉴。Creative industry incubator is an intermediate organization between enterprise and market. Taking higher vocational colleges for example, this paper puts forwards five propositions on the characteristics of project-based organization forms to shows that creative industry incubator is one of the resource allocation mechanisms that reduces the risk and cost of starting business by saving the transaetion cost and improve the survival and success possibility of creative project in order to provide some reference for higher vocational colleges to better serve the local creative industry.
