摘 要:随着规模化、集约化畜牧业的发展,兽药的应用品种和数量不断增加,食品动物及产品中兽药残留成为危害人类健康和影响畜产品质量安全的重要因素。虽然兽药残留检测的方法很多,但是,多数皆因其仪器昂贵、操作繁琐、费时而受到基层应用的限制。而胶体金免疫层析法具有敏感、特异、方便、快速、不需辅助仪器和试剂等特点,已在兽药残留检测的初筛中得到广泛研究与应用。论文就胶体金免疫层析法的原理,在畜禽产品兽药残留检测中的研究应用以及发展前景做了较为详细的阐述,为实现"从农田到餐桌"的动物性食品安全监控技术提供参考。With the development of large-scale,intensive animal husbandry,the applications of different kinds and quantities of veterinary drugs are increasing,veterinary drug residues in food-producing animals and animal products become an important factor that affects the quality and safety of animal products and even threatens human health.Although there are many methods for the detection of veterinary drug residues,the applications of the majority of methods at the grassroot level are restricted because those methods need expensive instruments and the operations are complicated and time-consuming.GICA is sensitive,specific,convenient and rapid,and it does not need auxiliary instruments and reagents,therefore,GICA has been widely studied and used in preliminary screening of veterinary drug residues.Principle,applications as well as development prospect of GICA in detection of veterinary drug residues in livestock and poultry products were summarized in this paper in order to provide a reference for animal derived food safety monitoring technology from farm to table.
