摘　　要：目的探讨自体外周血干细胞移植(APBSCT)序贯NK细胞过继免疫对多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的治疗价值。方法回顾性选择14例接受APBSCT联合NK细胞过继免疫治疗的MM患者为研究对象,比较患者治疗前后免疫状态、生活质量和临床疗效。结果治疗后,患者的生活质量、细胞免疫功能和实验室疗效指标均明显优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论 APBSCT联合NK细胞过继免疫治疗MM具有良好的临床疗效。Objective To discuss the value of autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation（APBSCT） and sequential NK cell adoptive immunity in the treatment of multiple myeloma（MM）. Methods Fourteen patients with MM who received APBSCT combined with NK cell adoptive immunity treatment were selected as subjects. Comparison was made in the patients~ immune state, life quality, and clinical curative effects before and after the treatment. Results After the treatment, the patients＂ indexes of life quality, cellular immune function, and curative effects in laboratory were all better than those before the treatment. Conclusion APBSCT combined with NK cell adoptive immunity has good clinical curative effects on multiple myeloma.
