摘　　要：为了培养计算机网络技术专业高技能型人才,针对我校的实际情况,提出了"1234"人才培养新模式,开创了"Y"型课程体系及"五层三岗"的实践教学体系,三者有机融合、相互衔接、相互促进,满足了高等职业教育培养学生职业能力和职业素质的双重标准。In order to develop the high skilled personnel of the specialty of computer network technology, this paper proposes the new training mode of ＂One Two Three Four＂ for the actual situation of our college, creating a ＂Y＂ type curriculum and the ＂five-level, three-position＂ practice teaching system, meeting the dual requirements of promoting students＇ vocational skills and professional qual- ities of higher vocational education.
