SLActive种植体植入的临床分析

摘　　要：目的回顾性研究SLActive种植体的临床应用价值及患者满意度。方法选取本院2011年9月至2013年2月间植入47枚SLActive表面种植体的32例患者为研究对象,与同期植入的112例患者的135枚SLA种植体对照,分析植入后常规负重情况及术后两年骨吸收的程度。结果 SLActive种植体存活率100%,SLA种植体存活率97.78%。SLActive种植体比SLA种植体存活率的提高有显著性差异(P<0.05),常规负重时间平均可提前4周左右。患者两年后骨吸收水平及满意度无显著差别。结论 SLActive种植体可以提高种植手术的成功率,缩短临床常规负重时间。Objective To evaluate clinical application and satisfaction of Straumann SLActive implant treatment. Methods A total of 32 patients who were placed 47 SLActive implants from September 2011 to February 2013 were chosen as subjects, and they were compared with 112 pa tients who were placed 135 SLA implants. The loading and absorb of the bone was analyzed. Re sults The survival rate of SLActive implants was 100% and the survival rate of SLA implants was 97.78%, Statistically significant difference was found between them（P〈0.05）. Regular weightbearing time could be four weeks ahead of time. There was no significant difference be tween the absorption of bone and the satisfaction of the patients. Conclusion SLActive implants can improve the survival rate of implant surgery and shorten the time from surgery to repair.
