摘  要:为研究紫杉醇对体外培养的犬乳腺肿瘤细胞的细胞周期素及其相关激酶活性影响,采用Real timePCR检测不同浓度紫杉醇对犬乳腺肿瘤细胞作用不同时间后,细胞内Cyclin D1、p27基因表达变化。结果表明,在紫杉醇作用下,犬乳腺肿瘤细胞生长受到不同程度抑制,细胞中Cyclin D1的mRNA转录量降低,p27的mRNA转录量升高。紫杉醇能抑制犬乳腺肿瘤细胞生长,诱导细胞凋亡,与紫杉醇作用浓度和作用时间相关。To study the effect of paclitaxel on cultured in vitro canine breast tumor cells of cyclin and its associated kinases, through the Real time-PCR detecting the effect of different concentrations of taxol on canine breast tumor cells at different time in this experiments, we detected the expression of CD1 and p27 genes in cells. The results showed that under the action of taxol , canine breast tumor cells, growth was inhibited in different degrees, the mRNA of CD1 levels decreased in cells and the mRNA of the p27kip was increased. As a result, taxol can suppress the growth of canine breast tumor cells and induce apoptosis in a concentration and time dependent.
