病案管理中患者隐私权的保护

摘　　要：本文通过分析病案管理过程中涉及患者隐私权的现状,论述了病案管理过程中患者隐私保护的重要性、必要性以及法律依据,进而从立法、执法和医疗机构内部管理等方面提出了保护患者隐私权的措施和方法建议。Through analyzing the status quo of the medical record management process about patients’ right to privacy, this paper discusses the importance ,necessity and legal basis of patients’ privacy protection in the process of medical record management. And then the article puts forward some suggestions on the measures and methods of patient privacy, from the aspects such as legislation, law enforcement and the internal management of medical institutions.
