Bobath技术和MOTOmed训练对痉挛型偏瘫患者下肢功能的疗效影响

摘　　要：目的分析Bobath技术和MOTOmed训练对痉挛型偏瘫患者下肢功能的疗效影响。方法选取2009年9月-2012年12月间收治的痉挛型偏瘫患者160例为研究对象进行回顾性分析,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者接受常规康复治疗,研究组在此基础上应用Bobath技术和MOTOmed训练系统进行训练,对比两组疗效。结果治疗前两组患者在肌张力比较、CSS评分和CMFM评分方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组均有改善,但是研究组患者三项评分改善情况更为显著,肌张力在治疗后评分为(2.3±0.6)b、CSS评分为(11.3±0.4)b及CMFM评分为(65.14±6.04)b,与对照组和治疗前相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.06),下肢功能得到较好的恢复。结论 Bobath技术和MOTOmed训练对痉挛型偏瘫患者下肢功能的恢复具有很好的疗效,临床可广泛应用。Objective Analyse the curative effect of Bobath technology and MOTOmed training on lower limb function of the patients with spastic hemiplegia.Methods From 2009 September to 2012 December in our hospital 80 patients with spastic hemiplegia were studied retrospectively, were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, the patients in control group receivedconventional rehabilitation therapy, the application research of Bobath technology and MOTOmed training system based on training. Curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment, the muscle tension of CSS score and CMFM score have no statistically significant difference between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）. In the two groups after the treatment are improving, but the team three score improvement is more significant, patients with muscle tone after treatment scores was （2.3±0.6） b, CSS score was（11.3±0.4） b and CMFM score was（65.14±6.04） b, compared with the control group and before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.06）, lower limb function recovered better.Conclusion It has good curative effect that Bobath and MOTOmed training were used for recovery of lower limb function of the patients with spastic hemiplegia, it can be widely applied in clinical.
