Bobath技术治疗急性缺血性脑卒中后偏瘫的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨和观察Bobath技术对急性缺血性脑卒中后偏瘫的临床疗效。方法选取2010年8月-2012年8月期间收治的急性缺血性脑卒中后偏瘫患者共60例,随机将其分为两组,观察组对其采用Bobath技术进行治疗,对照组采用常规方法进行治疗,对比两组患者的神经功能改善情况、运动功能恢复情况以及生活能力恢复情况。结果观察组采取Bobath技术进行治疗前后,神经功能、运动功能、生活能力的评分分别为(19.9±3.8)分、(4.0±1.2)分、(3.9±2.0)分和(24.7±8.5)分、(7.0±1.5)分、(6.9±2.0)分;对照组治疗前后,神经功能、运动功能、生活能力的评分分别为(19.0±3.0)分、(4.2±1.3)分、(4.0±2.2)分和(22.5±8.1)分、(5.0±1.3)分、(4.8±1.8)分;两组治疗前各项数据对比差异无统计学意义,组中治疗前后对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组间治疗后各项指标对比发现观察组改善情况均优于对照组,对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Bobath技术治疗急性缺血性脑卒中后偏瘫患者,能够改善患者的运动能力、神经功能与生活质量。Objective Discuss the effect of Bobath technology for patients with hemiplegia after acute ischemic stroke.Methods In the hospital from 2010 August to 2012 August, 60 cases with hemiplegia after the acute ischemic stroke , and were randomly divided into 2 groupsThe Bobath technology was used for the observation group, the conventional methods were usef for the control group. Nerve function, therecovery of motor function and life ability recovery were compared between two groups.Results Taken before and after the observation group were treated Bobath technique, nerve function, motor function, life skills scores were （19.9 ± 3.8） points, （4.0 ± 1.2） points, （3.9 ± 2.0） points and （24.7 ± 8.5）、（7.0 ± 1.5） points, （6.9 ± 2.0） points; in the control group, nerve function, motor function, life skills scores were （19.0 ± 3.0） points, （（4.2 ± 1.3） points, （4.0 ± 2.2） points and （22.5 ± 8.1） points, （5.0 ± 1.3） points, （4.8 ± 1.8） points; compare the data before and after treatment showed no significant difference, comparing before and after the treatment group differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）, while the two groups after the treatment was found to improve the contrast of the indicators in the observation group than the control group situation, comparing the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Bobath technique was used in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke, it can improve exercise capacity, nerve function and quality of life of patients with hemiplegia.
