对接国际服务外包业创新型外语人才培养模式研究——以广东工业设计城为例

摘　　要：以广东工业设计城的外语人才为研究对象,从学习能力、专业结构与实践技能,以及职业素养四方面研究对接国际服务外包业的创新型外语人才培养模式。结果表明,应用英语专业大学毕业生跳槽频率高,流动性较大,综合能力尤其是团队合作能力不强,实践技能劣势明显,要经过一段时间的学习才能真正走上工作岗位。因此,教学可采用融入理论教学、现场讲解、实践操作和真实工作的一体化模式;通过校企协同推进专业建设,构建目标明确、结构优化的课程体系;采取校园文化与企业文化对接方式,提升应用英语专业大学生的职业素养。The foreign language talents who graduated from institutes of higher learning and are employed in the Guangdong Industrial Design Town chosen as research object, the innovative foreign language talents cultivating mode oriented towards the international service outsourcing industry is analyzed in the aspects of study ability, professional structure, operational skill. The result shows that the college graduates majoring in applied English, who have a high job-hopping rate, a great mobility, a poor comprehensive ability, especially in team-based collaboration, and an obviously poor ability to operate, all need to spend a period of time learning before they really have the competence for their jobs. Therefore, the current teaching needs such a pattern as organically integrates theoretical teaching, on-site paraphrase, practical operation and actual work; the construction of specialty should be moved forward by collaboration between enterprises and schools to establish a curricular system with a clear goal and optimized structure; campus culture should be connected to enterprise culture to improve the occupation accomplishment of college students majoring in applied English.
