摘　　要：构建研究生廉洁教育长效机制可以规范研究生正确处理权力与利益关系,提升研究生培养质量,还可以建立和完善思想政治教育管理体系,进而为建设和谐社会作出贡献。研究生廉洁教育存在重视度和认知度偏低、针对性和实效性欠缺等问题。因此,要通过健全研究生教育管理规章制度、强化导师育人功能、弘扬独特校园文化、丰富教育内容和形式等途径,将廉洁教育融入研究生日常教育管理,提高研究生廉洁教育实效性。A long-term mechanism of incorruption education helps graduate students deal regularly with the relationship between power and interest, improve the quality of graduate education, set up and perfect the ideological and political education management system and promote the harmonious society construction. Under the current educational system, there are some major problems about graduate students＂ incorruptible education to be solved, such as the faint awareness of integrity, poor pertinence and ineffectiveness, etc. Therefore, in order to improve the effectiveness of the education of postgraduate students, the incorruption education should be integrated with daily education and management of postgraduate students by writing and perfecting rules and regulations of the education and management of graduate students, strengthening tutors＂ role in education, developing and expanding unique campus culture, enriching educational contents and forms, etc.
