应用型管理人才培养“宽·实·合”模式探析——以乐山师范学院为例

摘　　要：文章对目前地方性二本院校工商管理专业应用型管理人才培养的产学研模式进行了创新,以乐山师范学院的实践探索为例,总结出应用型管理人才培养的"宽·实·合"培养模式,对其内涵、存在依据、特征、原则和具体的实践探索做了分析和研究,实现政、产、学、研、用的有机结合,为同类院校人才培养探索提供参考。This paper takes an innovation in the ＂production, teaching and research＇pattern in training applied management talents of business administration major in current local colleges and universities. Taking Leshan Normal University as an example, it sums up the ＂Wideness, Practice, and Integration＂ cultivation mode in training applied management talents. Making the analysis and research on its connotation, existence basis, principle and specific practical exploration, achieving the organic combination of government, production, teaching with scientific research, this paper tries to provide a reference for similar colleges and universities in talent training.
