摘  要:针对车身结构刚度对轿车的行驶安全性、燃油经济性、可靠性及NVH等性能均有很大影响,对某轿车白车身有限元刚度与试验刚度进行了对比研究。在HyperMesh软件中建立了白车身有限元模型,采用有限元方法和试验方法分别分析了该轿车白车身扭转刚度和弯曲刚度,以及车身局部变形等刚度特性,并将有限元分析结果与试验结果进行了对比。结果表明:两者的误差均在10%以内,验证了有限元模型建立的准确性;该车身结构的弯曲刚度符合要求,而扭转刚度较低,后风窗变形较大,需要改进设计。Since body structure stiffness plays on important role in driving salety, fuel economy, rellaou ity and NVH etc, comparison between stiffnesses through finite element analysis and test of car BIW was conducted. A finite element analysis model of BIW was developed with the software HyperMesh, the stiffness characteristics of a car, including torsion stiffness, bending stiffness and the stiffness of local de formation were analyzed by finite element method (FEM) and tested by experiment. The results of the simulation was compared with that of test. The results show that the error is less than 10 %, the accura cy of the FEA model is verified; BIW bending stiffness satisfies the design requirement, but BIW torsion stiffness is quite small, and the deformation of rear window is relatively serious, which needs to be im proved. 4 tabs, 5 figs, 11 refs.
