摘　　要：目的探讨急性非创伤性肢体无力性疾病的病因,为临床及早治疗提供依据。方法对148例以急性非创伤性肢体无力为首发症状患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结其病因及治疗结果。结果出院诊断为脊髓疾病42例,周围神经病38例,脑部疾病32例,神经肌肉接头疾病10例,低钾型麻痹10例,多发性肌炎6例,癫痫持续状态6例,系统性疾病4例;痊愈100例(67.5%),症状显著改善30例、好转10例(94.6%),症状无明显变化6例,死亡1例(HIV周围神经病),自动放弃治疗1例(高颈段脊髓压迫症)。结论具备以急性非创伤性肢体无力为首发症状的疾病谱很广,尽早明确诊断并给予病因治疗可减少并发症和后遗症、改善患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the related disorders of patients with acute non-traumatic limb weakness. Meth ods We collected the clinical date （ medical history, clinical manifestations and associated test results） from 148 patients with acute non-traumatic limb weakness as the first symptom who were hospitalized in department of neurology from January 2008 to December 2012. Results The discharge diagnosis showed that 42 cases of patients with spinal disease, 38 cases of peripheral neuropathy, 32 cases of brain disease, 10 cases of neuromuscular disease, 10 cases of hypokalemic paralysis, 6 cases of polymyositis, 6 cases of status epilepticus and 4 cases of systemic disease. One hundred cases were cured （67.5%）, 30 cases were significantly improved in symptoms, 10 cases were improved （94.6%）, 6 patients had no change in symptoms, 1 case was dead （HIV peripheral neuropathy） and 1 case gave up treatment （high cervical spinal cord compression）. Conclusion Acute non-traumatic limb weakness is a group of wide spectrum of disease, early diagno sis and etiological treatment may reduce complications and sequelae, and improve patients＂ quality of life.
