摘 要:目的研究新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤患儿脑脊液氨基酸含量的变化 ,探讨氨基酸含量与缺氧缺血性脑损伤之间的关系以及 EAA与 IAA之间的关系。方法采用 Beckman氨基酸分析仪测定 2 6例缺氧缺血性脑损伤和 8例正常足月新生儿脑脊液氨基酸含量。结果重度脑损伤组脑脊液 EAA(谷氨酸 )含量明显高于轻度脑损伤组及对照组 ,IAA(丙氨酸、甘氨酸、牛磺酸 )含量也有不同程度增高 ,重度脑损伤组EAA/IAA比值明显高于轻度脑损伤组。结论缺氧缺血性脑损伤患儿脑脊液 EAA含量增高程度与脑损伤程度呈正比 ,EAA/IAA比例失调在缺氧缺血性脑损伤的发病机理中起重要作用。To study the changes of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) amino acids levels in hypoxic-ischemic brain damage of newborn babies, and explor the relationship between the amino acids levels and severity of brain damage, and investigate the balance of exeltatory amino acid(EAA) and inhibitory amino acid(IAA). Methods CSF amino acids levels were measured in 26 hypoxic-ischcmic brain damage and 8 normal term neonates by Beckman amino acid analyser. Results showed CSF EAA(glutamic) levels were much higher in severe hypoxic-ischemic brain damage when compared with the control group and mild of brain damage group. SFF IAAs (taurine,glycine,alanin) levels were increased in severe hypoxic-ischemilc brain damage group CSF IAA/EAA ratio were much higher in severe hypoxic-ischemic brain damage when compared with the mild of brain damage group There fore was there a significant positive correlation between the severity brain damage and EAA levels of CSF with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage. The inbalance of the ratio of EAA/IAA might play a role in the pathogenesis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage.
