摘　　要：环境微生物学实验是环境科学专业的专业必修实验课,在实验教学过程中,通过引入无领导小组工作安排(LCMA)的教学理念,更好地发挥学生在学习中的主动性、积极性和自觉性,取得较为显著的教学效果,为培养素质高的综合性人才教学模式提供有益的探索与实践。The experiments of environmental microbiology is a compulsory professional experiment course for environmental specialty curriculum. Based on the Leaderless Group mission arrangement （LGMA） Educational Model, the initiative, enthusiasm and consciousness of the students in the learning process have been cultivated and developed. The teaching reforms with good teaching effect could provide a useful exploration and practice for the cultivation of high quality talents.
