摘　　要：应用伦理学的兴起根源于科学技术的发展。在科技和文明进步的同时,人们的价值观出现变化。传统以"善"为指导原则的伦理标准已不能适应当今社会的发展,而应用伦理学的思维结构和认知方式正是现代社会所必需的。中国社会科学院博士生导师甘绍平教授所著的《应用伦理学前沿问题研究》一书,在传统伦理标准的基础上进一步提出了应用伦理学"不伤害"的原则,体现了应用伦理学价值新观念的勃兴。The rise of applied ethics rooted in scientific and technological developing.While civilization and sci-ence are progressing, people＇s values are also changing .The Traditional principle of ethical stan-dards ＂good＂ cannot meet the development of to-day＇s society, and the thinking and cognitive of the Applied Ethics is that our modem society required. Professor Gan Shaoping who corns from Chinese A-cademy of Social Sciences write the book of ＂The Study on cutting-edge issues of Applied Ethics＂ proposed the principle of ＂do no harm＂ In the tra-ditional ethical standards, which reflects the value of applied ethics flourishing of new ideas.
