摘　　要：利用系统思想,研究装备训练系统的结构与功能,揭示装备训练评估的内涵与本质特征,重点探讨装备训练评估的组织与实施,提高装备训练的质量与效益,为进一步开展评估工作奠定了理论基础。The system thinking can be used to research the structure and function of equipment training system and reveal the connotation and characteristics of equipment training evaluation. The organization and implementation of equipment training assessment are discussed, and the quality and efficiency of equipment training are improved, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for further assessment.
