摘　　要：揭露了后现代管理的实质仍是资本文明化内在矛盾的延续,是资本主义对其发展过程中出现的障碍(现代管理方式)的清除和自我调整。它不仅使生产本身的问题隐蔽化,而且带来了新的矛盾。中国在学习西方后现代管理方法时必须清楚认识此缺陷,有效扬弃,使之适用于中国特色社会主义建设。The essence of post-modern management is a continuation of inherent contradictions of capital civilization, representing a removal or self adjustment of the obstacles （modern management mode） in the development of capitalism. It not only concealed the problems in the production, but also brought new contradictions. When adopting the post-modern management mode, China should realize this defect and make the management mode adaptable to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
