关于系统优化高职教育评估制度的思考

摘　　要：从评估的目的意义、原则、价值取向等方面对前两轮高职教育评估工作实施情况进行分析、比较,并结合我国现行的高职教育评估制度存在的主要问题,提出系统优化评估制度设计的若干建议,包括评估理论系统的优化、评估法制环境的优化、评估标准系统的优化等,以实现评估主体由一元到多元、评估内容由单一到多样、评估重点由结果判断到过程监控、评估形式由静态到动态的转变。The first two rounds of higher vocational education evaluation were compared and analyzed in terms of their purposes,principles and value orientations. In view of the primary problems existing in the current higher vocational education evaluation system,the paper proposed a series of suggestions to optimize the current system;they are：to optimize the evaluation theory system ,legal environment and standard system so as to realize the transformation of the evaluation system, including the shift from a mono evaluation subject to multiple ones,from singular evaluation content to diversified ones ,from result-focused to process-focused,and from a static evaluation form to a dynamic one.
