摘　　要：利用网络资源进行教学丰富了大学英语教学资源和教学模式,同时提高教学资源对象的利用率,促进教学资源更好地为实际教学服务。针对传统外语网络教学资源建设与应用过程中存在的问题,探讨如何更好利用教学资源激发学生学习动机,充分利用网络资源进行教学,优化大学英语教学有效方法,提升网络资源的实用性和资源的有效管理。Web-based instruction enriched the resource and modes of college English teaching and heightened the utilization level of teaching material objects and facilitated a better service for practical teaching .Aimed at the existent problems in the process of resource construction and application of traditional English network teaching ,this paper explores how to make a better use of teaching materials to stimulate students ’ learning motivation and take the advantage of internet resource in English teaching and optimize the effective college English teaching mode and pro -mote the pragmaticality of web resource and efficiency of internet resource management .
