摘 要:地形地物数据是城市洪水淹没分析和城市洪灾损失评估的基础,快速简便的获取此类数据对于理论研究和实际应用都具有很大意义。提出利用Google Earth(GE)和图像处理技术快速获得城市地形及建筑物数据的方法。基于Google Earth API获取GE上的高程点数据;获取GE上的遥感图像;建筑物的高度使用Sketchup根据建筑物阴影恢复三维建筑物原型推算获得。最后在ArcScene中使用获取的数据建立简单的三维虚拟场景,进行了洪水淹没范围的可视化显示和淹没面积的计算。该实例说明了所获数据的实用价值。The terrain and ground objects are the bases of the urban flood analysis and flood damage assessment, to get these data in a quick and simple way has great significance in theoretical research and practical application. The method for getting the terrain and building data by using Google Earth (GE) and image processing technology is presented here. The elevation points from Google Earth are obtained based on Google Earth API; The remote sensing image from Google Earth is get; The 3d building model is established according to the shadow of building with SketchUp, then the building model is used to get the height of building. At last, a simple 3d virtual scene is set up by using the obtained data in Arc- Scene, and the 3d displaying and the calculation of flood inundation area are carried out. The instance shows the practi- cal value of the obtained data.
