摘  要:在传统串级调速系统中,由于逆变器采用晶闸管,从转子侧通过串级反馈到定子侧的电流中,含有大量谐波;另外,整流器产生的间谐波也通过电动机自身磁场耦合到定子侧。如果逆变侧采用IGBT代替传统的晶闸管,利用PWM逆变技术作为有源滤波器,可大大消除谐波和间谐波。采用基于瞬时无功理论的有源滤波技术,利用精确线性化的方法将原非线性系统数学模型变为伪线性系统并实现多输入多输出的解耦。在此伪线性系统的基础上,应用滑模变结构控制来设计控制策略,达到抑制进线电流中谐波的目的。最后建立了基于此控制策略的仿真模型,并通过仿真验证了控制策略的有效性。In the traditional cascade control system, because of thyristor inverter, the feedback current, which is the feedback from the rotor side to the stator side through the cascade, contains a large number of harmonics. In ad- dition, inter-harmonics generated by the rectifier through the motor's own magnetic field also coupled to the stator side. Using IGBT device instead of the traditional thyristor at inverter side and PWM inverter technology as an active filter can greatly eliminate harmonics and inter-harmonics. This paper adopts active filter technology based on in- stantaneous reactive power theory and uses the precise linearization to change original nonlinear mathematic model to the linear model and decouple the MIMO system. Then on the basis of the pseudo linear system, this paper ap- plies variable structure control to design the controller, achieving the purpose of the line current harmonics suppres- sionl Finally, the simulation model based on this control strategy is built and the simulation results verify the effec- tiveness of this control scheme.
