摘 要:制造业与物流业的产业关联度极高,二者的联动发展对提升制造业的竞争力及物流业的服务效率和能力至关重要。在考虑合作关系破裂的补偿因素之后,运用经典的委托-代理理论分析方法,构建了一个植入补偿金变量的激励模型,分析了制造企业和物流企业的最优决策问题及相关影响因素。结果表明:考虑补偿因素后,可诱使物流企业提高努力程度,并有效降低双方合作关系破裂的概率,有利于双方建立良好的联动关系、实现双方融合发展。Associated with a very high degree of association for manutacturing and logistics industry, the in- teractive development for them is very essential to enhance the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry and the service efficiency and ability of the logistics industry. After considering down of cooperative relationship, this paper uses the classical the compensate factors for the break- analytical methods of the principal - agent theory, builds an implant compensation variable incentive model, analyzes the o tors of manufacturing and logistics companies. Results show that consid duce logistics enterprises to improve the level is very beneficial for them to establish better ptimal decision problem and related fac- ering compensation factors, it could in- of effort and reduce the ruptured probability of cooper^ion, and it interactive and achieve fusion development.
