摘　　要：为应对大学生就业难的问题,江苏建康职业学院以提升学生就业能力为根本目标,积极构建促进大学生就业的"四全"模式,加强就业服务体系的建设。为此,学院树立以生为本的服务理念,设置全程化的就业服务课程,确立市场导向的就业服务策略,建设信息化的就业服务网络,从而切实提高大学生就业服务的实效。In response to the difficulty of employment for college students, Jiangsu JianKang Vocational College aims at enhancing students＂ capacity, it actively construct employment working mode of the Four Fulfillment, promote the employment service system construction. The college sets up student-oriented service concept, offer whole course of the employment service curriculum, establish market-oriented employment service strategy, construct informationized network of employment service, so as to effectively improve college students employment service.
