摘　　要：探讨酵母菌呼吸方式实验是高中生物实验教学中经典的实验内容,分别探讨了酵母菌呼吸装置的设计和实验方法。经实践证明该实验装置安全、经济、科学,具有较好的实验教学效果。实验结果表明,大大提高实践教学实施效率。The experiment of exploring yeast respiration mode is a classic experiment in senior school biological experiment teaching content, the paper respectively discusses the design of yeast respiration apparatus and the experiment method . This experiment device has proved to be safe economic, scientific though practice, which is supposed to be great effect of experiment teaching. The experimental results showed that greatly improved the efficiency of teaching practice.
