摘 要:创新能力的培养是高校普遍关注的热门话题。结合生命科学学院的实际,在生物技术专业本科生的创新能力培养方面,以学科建设为龙头,以重点实验室为平台,以教师高水平科研课题为依托,以专业课程体系建设、实践教学和毕业论文改革以及加强科研训练为抓手,通过采取教学、实践、科研、生产相结合等教学形式,着重培养学生具有扎实的专业基础知识和实践技能,对大学生创新能力的培养进行了探索和实践,取得了良好的培养成果和丰富的办学经验,注重对大学生创新能力的培养是创新型人才形成的重要环节。Innovation ability cultivation is a popular topic of colleges and universities. The innovation ability cultivation for undergraduates majoring biotechnology based on the reality of School of Life Sciences was discussed. The cultivation has been led by discipline construction, based on the platform of Key Laboratory, supported by high-level research projects, and handled through professional course system building, practice teaching and thesis reform, and research training strengthening. By combi- ning teaching, practice, research, production and other teaching forms, students have been cultivated with a solid foundation of professional knowledge and practical skills. The cultivation of undergraduates' innovation ability has been explored and practiced, and good culture results were achieved and rich education experience was obtained. The emphasis on cultivation of undergraduates' innovation ability was found to be an important step in cultivating innovative talents.
